Deposit

To guarantee your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the room price. This can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card in EURO or CHF. You will receive more detailed information after booking. Only valid for direct bookings.

Payment methods

Cash in CHF and euros, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners, EC, EDC) - payments in euros are also possible - (except AMEX), Postcard, Reka cheques / Reka card, Union Pay, JCB

For all payments made by credit card in advance, we ask you to present the card used for payment on arrival at the hotel for security reasons. Failure to do so may invalidate your deposit and we may not be able to credit it to your hotel bill.

Cancellation conditions

up to 2 weeks before arrival: Free cancellation and refund of the deposit paid
up to 7 days before arrival: 30 % of the agreed room price
from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 70 % of the agreed room price
from 1 day before arrival/late arrival/early departure: 100 % of the agreed room price

We would like to politely point out that in the case of payment by credit card, a refund is only possible to the same card.
If the card charged is no longer active at the time of cancellation, we will be happy to issue a voucher in the amount of your refund.

We reserve the right not to accept a possible shortening of the stay.

For your protection, we recommend that you always take out individual travel cancellation insurance so that you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind! Please contact your insurance agency for this.

Prices excluding local tax

The local tax is CHF 4.00 per person and night from the age of 17.

Vereina tickets

All guests of the ZEGG hotels receive discounted Vereina tickets from us on request. A ticket for the winter is available for CHF 30.00 (subject to change).
We will be happy to send this to your e-mail address before your arrival. You will receive the tickets for your journey home at reception when you check out.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 11:00.
On request, we will be happy to check the availability of a free early check-in or a free late check-out (only possible at short notice).
